And I agree. There's a time and a place to tune and tweak, just like there's a time and place to roll your sleeves up to upgrade and replace.
It's always tempting to add on or modify the tried and true. But a little more salt or A1 Sauce doesn't always enhance the main meal. Sometimes, you have to switch up the entre.
The hard part is knowing when to enhance or upgrade.
It's not always a clear choice.
