Most of us have experienced the sensation of hearing blacker blacks, and diving deeper into the velvet nothingness.
How can you hear into a greater nothing?
This is a great example of how words fail us despite the fact that hearing more of nothing is as real as hearing more of something.
Recently, I have been listening to some new circuit designs being worked on in engineering and the blackness they produce is extraordinary. Which still leaves me hanging in the head scratching corner.
Is more of nothing mere semantics? I think it must be.
Which simply says to me we're ultra sensitive to the low levels of noise that is surely riding on the music.
