Audio podcasts

There was a time not long ago when all we knew came from the study of the printed word. Books and reference materials often suggested or required by teachers were how we educated ourselves. That's still true today but with the advent of the internet and on-demand streaming, books are gradually being replaced by the podcast. According to Wikipedia, the term "Podcast" is a portmanteau, a combination of "iPod" and "broadcast". The term "podcasting" was first suggested by The Guardian columnist and BBC journalist Ben Hammersley, who invented it in early February 2004 while writing an article for The Guardian newspaper. I've been podcasting Ohm's Law since 2017, but these are mostly audio versions of my Ask Paul video series. One of these days I will get around to having more original content on Ohm's Law, but for now it's what I can squeeze in. That said, there are plenty of great and original podcasts you can choose from. One of the newest that's specific to audio is from our own Darren Myers and his buddy Duncan Taylor. Their podcast, The HiFi Podcast, features the two of them talking in-depth about all things high-end audio. It's really refreshing to listen to their informal audio chat and I'll bet listeners will pick up loads of useful information about stereo systems.
