"The Plus [in my system] has added another level of refinement. The highs are extended without brightness or exaggeration. Midrange is pure and soundstage seems wider, with a bit more depth. Remember, that overall these changes are subtle. To the casual listener with a mid-fi system, maybe meaningless or inaudible.
But, for someone trying to get the most out of their system, power cords in general and the Plus specifically are a worthwhile purchase
